A tough job

When our boss gives us a very tough job without telling us how to do it. He is giving us an opportunity to excel and prove ourselves to be good enough as a manager/leader. He is showing us the pathway to success. Most people will not take the challenge, only the potential leader will say thank you and put in his heart and soul in completing his task with great enthusiasm. When God gives us a tough job without telling us how to do it. He is trying to give us a big long term gift.
