Do not take high meat diet like Paleo & Atkins Diet.

Many people are suffering painfully for manly years before dying because they eat too much meat, milk, process oil, process sugar and process food. Eat a balance plant base diet to have a healthy life. It have been documented for thousands of year that a plant base diet keeps illnesses away.

Diet rich in meat is one of the key cause of over 300 chronic illnesses. The Paleo Diet also name as the Caveman Diet, the Stone Age Diet, and the Hunter-Gatherer Diet is the most recent fashion diet after similar fail diet like the Atkins Diet that later when bankrupt and change direction. The Paleo Diet book is by Loren Cordain, PhD, Professor in the Department of Health and Exercise Science at Colorado State University. The Paleo Diet recommend meat, poultry, shellfish, fish, eggs, fruits and nuts. It also include non-starchy orange, green and yellow vegetables. You are not allow to consume carbohydrate including all grains, legumes, and potatoes. The Paleo diet does have some good point that it also do not allow milk, cheese, process sugar, processed oils except of olive oil.

The original failed Atkins Diet like the Paleo Diet is a low carbohydrate diet. It works by starving the body of carbohydrates in order to get you sick and develop ketosis that cause weight loss. To make up for the damage they now add fruits and vegetables.

The high meat diet may have been develop just like the dangerous glycemic index counting. Both are develop base on not understanding that diabetes is cause by fat blocking the muscle cell. If you use the method of eating low glycemic or low carbohydrate food, yes you may loose weight but you will develop many chronic illness.

The proper way to do it is to remove the fat from the muscle cell called Intramyocellular lipids by not consuming fatty or food with processed oil. Excessive accumulation of intramyocellular lipids result in muscle insulin resistance, contributing to aberrant metabolism in obesity, diabetes mellitus type 2, and metabolic syndrome. Once the fat blocking the muscle cell is remove, the carbohydrate can than be delivered into the muscle cell to be converted into energy. Type 2 diabetes can be reverse by eliminating oil and taking a balance plant base diet.

Look at all civilisation that survive till today, in China, India, Europe, America in fact the whole world they all eat a high carbohydrate plant base diet with minimum meat. Those who eat lots of meat suffer lots of pain before they die way before their time.

Loma Linda in California, Hunzas in Pakistan, Vilcabamba in Ecuador, Georgia in Transcaucasia, Bama in China, Okinawa in Japan, Nicoya in Costa Rica, Ikaria in Greece are the top cities in the world with many people living pass 100 years old. They all eat a high carbohydrate plant base diet with minimum meat.

Loma Linda, a town 60 miles east of Los Angeles, contains about 9,000 Seventh-day Adventists, the longest-lived people in America. Adventists encourage vegetarianism, while discouraging alcohol, smoking and soda. They generally have a much lower risk of diabetes, cancer and heart disease compared to the average American and enjoy a long, healthy life.

The Hunzas of Pakistan loves beans and apricots pits. Grains like barley, millet, wheat and buckwheat constitutes a large part of their diet. They consume lots of fresh and raw fruits and vegetables. Yogurt and nuts like walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, beechnuts, etc also form an integral part of their diet.

The Vilcabamba of Ecuador eats fresh fruits and vegetables plucked from their gardens and eaten immediately on the same day. The Vilcabamba diet also includes whole grains, seeds and nuts. Again there are practically very little animal products in their diet.

The staple food of the people of Georgia in Transcaucasia are mainly porridge and corn bread. They do not eat meat diets like bacon, ham or sausage.

Bama Yao Autonomous County in Guangxi, southwest China is a world-famous fifth longevity hometown. Main food of the Bama people is yellow corn, beans, sweet potatoes, sweet potato leaves, polenta, vegetables.

The Okinawans of Japan eats a lot of soy foods, whole grains, seaweed, fruits and vegetables which are grown organically by themselves.

Greece, Ikarians eat a variation of the Mediterranean diet, which consists of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and a little fish

Their gardens flow rich with rice, beans and corn, all staples in the diet.

You cannot believe in TV, newspaper and magazine because they need money to survive and fruits, vegetable, beans and nuts provided by mother nature do not make enough money for the advertising media industry. Even the Western Medical Doctors are educated by the profit driven drug company so you have to be careful to believe every thing they tell you.

We have found through testing that many chronic illnesses that cannot be cured by western medicine and surgery can be reverse by eliminating meat, milk, process food, drugs from the diet and eating a balance plant base delicious food.

Strong money trail is the hint to see the reason many people are learning the wrong things in life and causing billions to have great pain and thousands of death everyday. The newspaper, TV station, magazine, the internet, the government gets money from form high profit driven pharmaceutical companies too. It is all clearly publish, little known but public information. We are not saying western medicine is totally no good, in many ways it does bring great benefits like for emergency and some many more non deficiency toxicity chronic illnesses. 

On our quest to find the truth for ourselves, we encounter a few different groups of educated scholars, phd and doctors. The giving and gratitude truth seeker, the humble, the profit driven and the egoistic. The first two groups have help us tremendously on the way to find many real cure. The next two groups usually are the one who creates the problems.

When a doctors graduate from medical school, he knows only the very limited knowledge he learn from school. Is the knowledge true or is it profit driven is another question all together. The giving and gratitude truth seeking doctors than spend the next 30 to 60 years embarking on real learning in the real world, learning from different school of treatment, testing them, researching and than coming to the real conclusion of real knowledge. With this Doctor are we than be able to start our study and hit of a possible real cure.

So how does this links to a too much meat kills diet, there are thousands of studies done but do note that many are sponsored by high profit motive, you will see it when you try to find the strong money trail. Read all the report carefully, do not believe what the media says about the research as media also need to be funded by high profit business to survive. 

So if there are information that says meat is good and information that say meat is bad who than do you believe. Well you can always use a few simple common sense test to see the truth. Ask the people around you who is in their 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. You will see that those who eat a balance plant base diet is healthy while those who eat lots of meat are sick or have died.

Look at the health of those who is meat base and plant base for 20 years, look at their medical condition. Do a little through survey. Test both diet on yourself and see the difference in 6 months. If you are on balance plant base you may not have any sickness or pain at all. If you are meat base you will have the command sickness that we see every day.

"A new report released Monday claims the science is clear: Eating too much meat is bad for your health.

The so-called Meat Eater's Guide, compiled by the Environmental Working Group, is generating buzz forits "cradle-to-grave" look at the environmental impactof 20 popular types of meat, dairy and vegetable proteins. But it also emphasizes the potential health impact of eating too much meat, recommending that people cut back to decrease their risk of heart disease and certain cancers. 

"The goal is to really make this information accessible to consumers," said Kari Hamerschlag, an agriculture analyst with the research and advocacy group. "On the health side, we really pulled together all of the information and tried to make it as clear as possible that there's not just one reason to limit meat consumption; there are a whole host of reasons."

The report, which weaves together statistics from various earlier studies, allows that meat can be an important source of protein and vitamins when eaten in moderation. But in the U.S., moderation may be a problem. The report cites data from the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization suggesting that Americans consume almost 60 percent more meat than their European counterparts, and four times more than in many developing countries. And much of that meat is either red or processed.

The health effects of this, the EWG report claims, are myriad: A 2009 report from the National Cancer Institute found that people who ate the most red meat -- which can have high levels of cholesterol-rising saturated fat -- were 27 percent more likely to die of heart disease. That same report also found serious meat eaters were 20 percent more likely to die of cancer than those who consumed the least amount of meat.
The American Meat Institute, a trade association representing companies that process most of the red meat and turkey in the United States, issued a statement saying that "the total body of evidence clearly demonstrates that meat is a healthy part of a balanced diet," adding that the report oversimplifies many of the health issues.
Indeed, Marjorie McCullough, Sc.D., strategic director of nutritional epidemiology with the American Cancer Institute, cautioned that the link between high meat consumption and a broad range of cancers -- including prostate and pancreatic -- is possible, but not entirely clear. However, she said there is a consistent association between red and processed meats and a risk of colon cancer. Scientists have hypothesized that the nitrates in processed meats are a possible culprit, as are the chemicals formed when red meat is cooked at high temperatures.

"What people always ask next, is 'what is the magic number?' in terms of servings of meat to aim for," McCullough said. "Unfortunately, there is no real magic number. I generally say that if you currently eat red meat, you should cut back by half." (The American Cancer Society recommends that people limit their intake of red and processed meats, but also does not provide an exact figure.)

The EWG report calls for people to limit their intake of meat by enjoying "Meatless Mondays," and when they do eat it, opting for meat that comes from grass-fed, certified organic and pasture-raised animals. The American Institute for Cancer Research and the American Dietetic Association recommend limiting red meat consumption to 18 ounces per week -- a little more than a pound.
Others say the simplest move health-wise is simply increasing consumption of fruits and vegetables in line with the My Plate recommendations, leaving less room for other foods, like meat.
"If you focus on filling up on fruits and veggies, so they're at least half your plate, you're not going to have a lot of room left to even eat all that meat," said Joan Salge Blake, R.D., a spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association. “The biggest thing is just getting down the amount we eat.” - huffingtonpost November 30, 2013
